How to translate them?

imagine a distribution curve
The best way to imagine this is to picture the distribution curve in your mind - the "most typical" figure is the peak of the curve (the mode, probably also the mean); the "more typical" figure describes the range under a wider portion of the curve, and the "typical" figure covers a wider range still.

: Not really - if mean pore dia. is "almost always" between 0.1 and 0.5, there would be very little left to be in the wider range of 0.05 - 2.00 - "most typical" simply states where the mode or median lies, but there could still be plenty of cases outside
