had a confirmed room reservation booked months ago on a Arsenal home game day at a good rate. when we arrived, claimed our booking agency "overbooked" and no room available and had us shuttled to another hotel 15 min away by a staff member in a private car to a hole-in-the-ground hotel in the middle of nowhere.
