Espero que puedan ayudarme con la siguiente expresión al español: “gear bore and rim”, relacionada con un molino rotatorio. Si pudieran también con “split gear”. Muchas gracias:
“Split gears are bolted to the head flange or shell flange. On wet-grinding mills, there’s little heat generate in grinding, therefore, gear bore and rim are the same temperature. On dry-grinding mills, material discharged is 200 °F. Shell and gear bore temperature are often 180 °F or higher. The larger surface area in the gear web will keep temperature of the rim 55 °F or more bellow that of the bore.”
