En un documento aparecen los términos grinding y dresser y estoy hecha un lío. Lo busqué en Google y me encontré esto:

A grinding dresser or wheel dresser is a tool to dress the surface of a grinding wheel. Grinding dressers are used for making different profile on grinding wheel.

¿Cómo se traduce dress/dresser/dressed into, si grinding es rectificar? Ya entendí todo el proceso de rectificado, pero en "Spanglish", tristemente nadie usa términos completamente en español.
