There are 4 separate questions, but Trust Settlement for me denotes the transfer or vesting of the trust property on the beneficiaries > usufructarios or herederos on trust, in ENG law: a vesting assent /ajudicación/ and trust deed are needed + so maybe not a creation as such but un Acta de Aportación al /Patrimonio del/ Fideicomiso.
