racial adversity
Esiste un modo preciso di tradurre "racial adversity", perché vedo che in inglese è molto utilizzato mentre non trovo un corrispettivo razziale altrettanto diffuso (come potrebbe essere, ad esempio, "difficoltà razziali")
Qualche idea?

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Questa quindi potrebbe essere una alternativa e/o sinonimo ad 'avversità razziali', se si intende soprattutto "fences" (barriere).

: svantaggio a me suona come se fosse un handicap conclamato. tipo "ha lo svantaggio di essere troppo basso" "lo svantaggio di questo prodotto è che deve essere utilizzato solo da esperti".... così "è bravo ma ha lo svantaggio di essere di colore" !!!!!
