Explanation:
Pour une présentation de lettre à la française :-) on doit nécessairement faire une retrait en début de paragraphe. Ensuite on tape à partir de la deuxième ligne à partir de la marge.

Pour une présentation de lettre à l'américaine, le paragraphe commence toujours à la marge, donc pas de retrait.

Là je viens d'écrire à l'américaine. C'est plus simple sur proz.com. :-)
