Choral singing
I understand this word means "beloved" in Czech. The song we are singing (Okolo Hradisca) stretches this word out over a very long time and we need to breath somewhere in the middle of it.
Would it be inappropriate to sing "milova" (breath) "la" or would it just sound silly?

"...milovala jsem ťa...." means "........ I LOVED YOU......".
/It does not mean "beloved"/
I think, it would NOT be inappropriate to sing "milova" (breath) "la". I think, that it is possible to sing a song in that way.
