If it's really 'Stutzen', then it's a pipe nozzle or nipple fitting or a pipe union fitting.
Maybe it should be 'Aufsatzstützen' (i.e., with an umlaut), which literally means 'attachment support'=> 'motor mount'.
'RSt 37-2' is probably the material designation (stainless steel most likely).
