Offenbar handelt sich bei dem cafr um eine bestimmte, in den USA für die Regierungen verwendete Berichtsform.

The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report is divided into five sections:
The Introductory Section includes information about the City’s organizational structure, the principal officials and summarized data reflecting the financial condition of the City including an analysis of the general government operations, enterprise operations, debt administration and investment portfolio.
The Combined Financial Section is prepared using the pyramid approach prescribed by GASB. It includes the General Purpose Financial Statements which present an overview of the City’s entire financial operations and the independent auditors’ report. The combined formats of these statements include columns of aggregate data which have been summarized from the more detailed statements which follow in the next section.
The Supplementary Financial Data Section present combining and individual fund and account group statements for each of the material separate funds and account groups of the City. Schedules provide certain other information and details of data summarized in the financial statements. Pension disclosure information is also included in this section.
Ich würde vorschlagen, wenn möglich, den englischen Titel stehen zu lassen und Jahresfinanzbericht in Klammern zu setzen.
Ansonsten wäre Jahresfinanzbericht mein Vorschlag.
