customer who request self-construction of active financed Land/incomplete by ........., ops need to add new security as below:
SGA = (LEASE AGREE NOY) to control releasing the T/D. This security will be for all new HMF, HMO and HM5 products only. With add (Don’t Release the Title Deed) narration.
Please, note that OPs stands for operations and T/D stands for title of deed
