I'm missing a bit of context, but here I would tend to prefer the translation "chaos" instead of the usual "confusion".

I fully agree with Thefastshow’s comment in the discussion box regarding the “ambiguity” of this tern. And, given the frequent collocation of miteinander-füreinander-durcheinander (googled it) , I read durcheinander actually more as “durch einander”, i.e., in the sense of mutual support. I would use ”creative” to include/imply the other meaning of the word (chaos, confusion).

The point of my question was basically to check whether the word Durcheinander had been incorrectly translated as Confusion.
The title refers to the chaos and cooperation happening in many performance places, but here Durcheinander also adopts the meaning of achieving something by different approaches and ways of thinking, while Miteinander is a reference to a group effort as well as a state of unity. The Kommittee is an intercultural migrant performance project. It is a collaborative effort, they are basically looking for participants, if the context takes the shape of a "job ad".

Regarding the Direktor - it is Co-Theatre.. in the source but I also think it's co-director, not co-theatre (the German language and me have never been on a first name basis).
I don't understand the syntax of the sentence (I think this is what Vesna means by "word confusion"), partly because we don't have the surrounding text.
Isn't this a job title? And shouldn't it be "Theater-Kodirektor"?
