يعني المريض تم سؤاله سؤالين عن نفسه وعن الوقت او المكان واجاب عن سؤال واحد فقط
يعني هو بالكاد قد تذكر اسمه ولم يستطع معرفة المكان او الزمان
يعني المريض واعي ومدرك لنفسه ولكنه لم يتعرف على المكان او الزمان
