Er verdankt sein besonderes Aroma der Tatsache, dass die Trauben 100 bis 120 Tage lang im Strohwein-Verfahren getrocknet und dabei immer wieder gedreht werden, wobei auch die Zuckergärung abgeschlossen wird.
