French term

surface polaire

French to English Tech/Engineering Textiles / Clothing / Fashion Looms
Context:

Editing again and i`m hesitating between polar surface and pole face?
Contributions most welcome.

pole surface

Found one example here, where 'magnetic pole surface' is used several times in a couple of paragraphs:

Wiki also has "the surface of the poles", so you could rejig it as the "the two surfaces of the electromagnet's poles".

neutral Tony M : 'poles' have 'faces' — there's nothing in the context here that refers specifically to the actual 'surface-ness' of them (as distinct from the interior, for example)
