Could this be a misprint for щас (сейчас), or is it something else? And anyway, I cannot deconstruct this rambling text. Can anyone re-write it for me to make it coherent and cohesive?

"Here is why. 'cause the needles are no more than plugs, bent and with dead edge [someone only can get my neddles in this form/my needles after I use them are...]. Well, (True, ...) they asked me for chloric acid.. "
The part after "Nu" appears to be a different sentence (judged by "Nu, ... - the person simply desided he said ehough about needles, and turned to another subject), related to something s prior part of the interview was about - presumably, somebody got some chemicals from this person, and the interviewer is trying to impress upon him that likewise someone could have got a used needle from him. THe meaning is exactly like that - they asked me for chloric acid - I got it handy (readily), (like Inna said, "sha" is not exactly a misprint, it's just basilect)
4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.
Comment: "Thanks. And for pointing out that the part after "nu" was a different sentence, and on a different subject. Indeed, this interviewee frequently jumps from one thing to another. But isn't it "hydrochloric" acid?"

"I can also assure that my own needles wouldn't pass to anyone.
Why do you think so, Vadik?
Because. Just because needles are like bent and dulled plugs; well, they've asked me of hydrochloric acid, and I had it AT ONCE. I had chemicals as well, superior chemicals. That's the way."
The extract is indeed very indistinct.

: "asked FOR". I disagree with "at once", it means that at some point he had it but might not have it now. That's not what he means. "хоть ща" means "even right now, at any time, no problem to get". Also not "i had it at once " but "i have", present simple

You are right, it means "sejchas", but...
...but it's not a misprint. It is transliteration of a very vulgar and ill-mannered way of pronounciation.
Unfortuanately, i can't help you with the whole text, it sounds like e real enigma to me.

I would say that it\'s possible to translate \"а соляная кислота у меня хоть ща\" as \"i can get hydrochloric acid at any time, even right now, it\'s not a problem at all\"\"
