The only hint of the target-readership was in fact your = the asker's location of Canada. So I tried to get as near, albeit geographically as possible with a 'non-British' idea....

: Es geht nicht um einen außergerichtlichen Vergleich. Der Vergleichsmehrwert ist der Betrag, um den der Vergleichswert höer ist als der Wert des Verfahrensantrags (weil zusätzliche Punkte mitverglichen wurden)
