支 - appears to be the measure word for the implement (pipette)

I did a quick Google and found that 支 is the measure word for
DLAB 微量吸管 可調式 Adjustable Volume Pipette (among other implements) - so as far as I can tell - as 'pipette' is the tool that is generally used to measure in microliters I would translate 支 as pipette in this instance.

µl/each

Here "Zhi" is a unit, but we don't know exactly what it is, so I prefer "each" or "piece"

microlitre/unit

"μL" is the Symbol for microliter (microliter), a unit of fluid measure.
支 is a unit usually used to describe some thin items. In the medical context, I believe it's used to describe some test tubes, ampoules, or similar medical containers. I think "microlitre/unit" makes sense since you may not know the exact details of the container.

Example sentence:

DNA 连接酶 5 μL/支 ×1 支

DNA ligase 5 μL/unit × 1 unit
