filing of a motion for clarification

A “motion for clarification” is just what the name implies: a request for an explanation from the trial court as to the meaning of a prior, allegedly unclear, order.

Portuguese term (edited): (Bra) oposição de embargos de declaração

entry of judicially reviewable objections US: writ of error

Motion for clarification BrE features and AmE figures many times in the KudoZ glossary, but quaere the meaning.

Consta da Ementa > de Emenda de um Recurso Especial ? this connotes to me a JR = judicial review, not of administrative action - as it would be in the UK - but of judg(e)ment on a special or extraordinary appeal.

A US-Am. type interplea or interpeader is IMO incongruous in this context and 'counter-caveat' doesn't ring any bells.
Example sentence:

US-Am Definition of interplea: the plea of a defendant disclaiming any interest in the subject matter of a controversy and calling for an interpleader proceeding between the true claimants-

US-Am writ of error> a writ issued by an appellate court to the court of record where a case was tried, requiring that the record of the trial be sent to the appellate court for examination of alleged errors.
