2. Judgment--Partial Assignment of Judgment Valid Between Parties--Estoppel of Judgment Debtor to Question Validity.
A partial assignment of judgment is valid between the parties, and where the judgment debtor paid the unassigned portion of the judgment to the judgment creditor, such judgment debtor thereafter will not be heard to say that the partial assignment is void as between him and the assignee.
