I am translating a transcription of a video talking about security at work and the speaker said this:
Leaders can't just go, you know, pencil whip and say I did my safety contact for the week.
Does anyone know what "pencil whip" could mean here? Maybe putting a tick on a paper to say "I completed this task"?
