Filialbetriebe und Ketten? Könnte es sich auf Ketten und Betriebe mit mehrere Zweigstellen beziehen? Es zählt also nicht jedes einzelne Restaurant der Kette Otto's Wurstküche als Kooperationspartner, sondern nur der Betrieb Otto's Wurstküche ist ein Kooperationspartner (auch wenn er mehrere Filialen hat, die alle an dem Programm teilnehmen).

Edit: Als das, was Phil bereits geschrieben hat, wie ich jetzt erst sehe.

Oh, I thought you meant it was for restaurants ordering food. But I still think the meaning could be something like "grouped".

I dunno. It is not a Lieferando rip-off nor is it an improved premium version of it (Lieferando is already quite good). It is meant for the app's users to order from the menu once they have come to a restaurant that supports the app.

Thanks There are so many possible meanings, and it's hard to know which is the right one. Could it be that they join forces with others and submit group orders? Or one restaurant chain orders for all its branches?

Repetition of 'verstanden' (subsuming branches) has been avoided.

Otherwise, it is a good idea to indicate how it is intended to translate Gastronomiebetriebe, preferably as something other than catering companies.

Grouped or consolidated might send the meaning off into a misleading direction; query a more literal rendering, like summary, abridgement or synopsis.

To anticipate the point, rundown is not meant to imply the establishments are on a Skid Row-type trajectory.
