Program Efficiency:
At the core, we invest in this process carried out in a three-day retreat with Pastors, Imams and Rabbis. We utilize high quality and effective interreligious dialogue. Time is spent developing a real and practical understanding of each other. Listening to each other’s stories and also dealing with perceptions of the other. Creating an environment of openness, honesty and transparency. The participants need to be present, free of distractions. They also need to have a sense of discovery to explore new ideas, and have a positive attitude looking for solutions, not problems or blame. The process builds on the principle that for sustainable and transformative results, we must serve, learn, dialogue together.
