sparraus (business term)

Finnish to English Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
"sparraus" seems to be a business jargon term in modern-day Finnish. I've seen it used in connection with the actions of bosses/managers (as opposed to employees).

I encountered "sparraus" not long ago, but I don't have the text on hand, so I can't give the precise context right now.

If you're familiar with "sparraus", how would you render it in English?

Thanks

Actually, this is English business jargon used in Finnish, too, and having origin in boxing and other such sports :-)

Note from asker:
Thanks. The link you provided seems to be entirely about physical sparring, though (I don't see any reference to business).
I see you updated it. Thanks
