Please explain this : (Apple has since built similar calling functionality for iPhones into the Mac, and already had migrated texting across all its devices via its Message Service.)
from the context here:
Hotel My Phone comes from a tiny Montreal company, Pp|Connect, which earlier this year released its first product, also called Pp|Connect, which allowed Android users to make and receive texts and phone calls on a PC or Mac. (Apple has since built similar calling functionality for iPhones into the Mac, and already had migrated texting across all its devices via its iMessage service.)

This is a fairly condensed sentence - this is how I'd expand it for clarity:
"Since that point in time, Apple has included in the Mac the same calling functionality that iPhones have"
Essentially, it's saying that Apple Macs now have the same calling function (i.e. ability to make calls) that the iPhone had previously.

For clarity: "the calling functionality that iPhones have [which is provided by PPI Connect] is now included in the Mac"

of course, I mean [which is like that provided by PPI Connect]

Apple has already released a similar feature
In my understanding, the author means that Apple has already released a similar feature (allow voice calls on Mac)

: This isn't very clear, IMO. Already and since are two different things. PPl Connect was first. Since then, Apple has released a similar product.
