Polish term

skuwka

Strap ends are anything designed to finish a flat strip of fabric or leather. They are made of copper alloy, one or both sides may be decorated. Generally there are 2 ends, terminal and attachment, and both need describing in detail. Also if there is a spacer, or any remains of attachments these need describing.

end tip

Many belts also have a keeper loop and/or an end tip (the end tip is usually metal, or leather on cloth belts). The end tip protects the end of the belt from being damaged/frayed and can make it easier to buckle. After the belt is buckled, the keeper loop stops the free end from flapping around. - https://www.artofmanliness.com/articles/complete-guide-mens-...
