Spanish term
esta el timepo loco (likely tiempo)
Spanish to English
Other
Slang
From a customer complaint in Spain about an e-cigarette:
LLAMO POR QUE HE NOTADO AL CAMBIAR DE MENTOLADO A AMNBER QUE ME PICA LA GARGANTA Y TENGO MOLESTIA COSA QUE NO ME PASABA ANTES, PERO ES QUE ESTA EL TIMEPO LOCO ESTOY CON RESFRIADO Y FUI AL MEDICO Y YA ESTOY CON MEDICACION Y ESTOY MJEOR.
VOY AL ESTANCO A CAMBIAR LOS QUE TENGO DE AMBER POR MENTOLADO.
HOMBRE 66 AÑOS, AMBER
I would say this is obviously a typo for "Tiempo", but it still doesn't make sense to me.
Maybe something like, ". . . but this is a bad time, because I have a cold."?

the weather is very changeable/up and down
Perhaps this is the idea. He is saying he thinks his sore throat could be related to the changeable weather (hot/cold) rather than switching cigarettes.
For example, here in Mexico, people often complain that the changing weather or going from a hot place into a cold place is what caused their cold, cough or sore throat, so it's certainly a good possibility this is what is meant.

: It surely and specifically refers to a very changeable weather (i.e. it is cold and rainy and one minute later it is warm and sunny again...)
