French term

focus et estimations

French to English Bus/Financial Economics
This appears in the context of a research paper on the cost-benefit ratio of infrastructure investment in Haiti.

focus groups / estimates

The sentence is poorly worded.

First of all, I'm guessing (and I think it's a good guess) that "lors des focus" means "at focus groups". Second, "estimations de l'auteur" is straightforward: the author's (own) estimates. So, putting it together gives us something like: "This data is based on information gathered at focus groups and the author's own estimates".
