English to French Bus/Financial Finance (general)

Hi all,

I am translating a Loan Agreement and I am having trouble with this sentence:

"All amounts outstanding under the Loan Agreement are unsecured and fully subordinated to any charges or rights accrued or held by the Lender."

What is the meaning of "charges" here, does it mean "claim/debt" ? How would you render it in French ? "Créances" ? ("subordonnés à toutes créances...")
