les chocs évènementiels sur le capital
The capital events are the exogenous shocks that happened and affected the capital in question. Hence the translation in French: 'chocs évènementiels'.

As said in the last attachment, corporate decisions can generate event shocks. So exogenous is not the opposite of internal. Exogenous means anything that disrupts the normal course of events.
