Source text - Russian «Вы знаете, у нас в этом году буквально 18 числа (апреля — КазТАГ) состоится открытие двух новых станций метрополитена. На сегодняшний день мы эксплуатируем 7 станций, у нас добавится 2, и в дальнейшем будем продолжать строительство метрополитена», — сообщил Ильин на международной конференции по регулированию и управлению общественным транспортом в пятницу.
По его словам, в среднем пассажиропоток составляет 24 тыс. человек в день.
«Наши станции метрополитена, которые я сказал, две станции выходят в спальный район, и соответственно, мы рассчитываем на увеличение пассажиропотока, который будет пользоваться линиями метрополитена. Поэтому это мероприятие у нас запланировано на следующей неделе 18 числа, и одна из станций у нас будет называться Москва», — добавил Ильин. Как заметил заместитель акима, «перспектива развития метрополитена — это основа транспортной магистрали, которая будет развиваться».
«К нему уже подвязывать весь другой общественный транспорт, изменяя схемы маршрутов движения общественного наземного транспорта», — заключил он.

Source text - English Brahms hesitated a long time before he decided to write a Violin Concerto for the friend of his youth, Joseph Joachim. When the work was begun is unknown but the first copy was finished for certain during the summer 1878 in Pörtschach, Kärnten. On Aug 22nd Brahms sent the Violin part of the first mouvement to Joachim with the following remarks: - after having written it out I really don't know what you will make of the solo part alone. It was my intention, of course, that you should correct it, not sparing the quality of the composition and that if you thought it not worth scoring, that you should say so. I shall be satisfied if you will mark those parts wich are difficult, awkward or impossible to play. The whole affair is in four mouvements."
By return Joachim replied from Salzburg: - "It gives me great pleasure to know that you are composing a Violin Concerto - in four mouvements too! I have had a good look at what you sent me and have made a few notes and alterations, but without the full score one can't say much. I can however make out most of it and there is a lot of really good violin music in it, but whether it can be played with comfort in a hot concert-room remains to be seen... Cannot we spend a couple of days together?"

Es stellte sich plötzlich heraus, dass dieses Mädchen sich herbeiließ, auch noch den Spiritus zu trinken, der für den Kochapparat verwendet werden sollte, und ehe Ersatz für sie eingetroffen war, ehe man sie hatte fortschicken können, war das Unglück geschehen. Als die Mutter und ihre drei halbwüchsigen Töchter eines Tages von einem Ausgange zurückkehrten, lag der kleine, etwa einen Monat alte Johannes, vom Wickeltische gestürzt, mit einem entsetzlich leisen Wimmern am Boden, während die Amme stumpfsinnig daneben stand.

Source text - English The theory of relativity is intimately connected with the theory of space and time. I shall therefore begin with a brief Investigation of the origin of our ideas of space and time, although in doing so I know that I introduce a controversial subject. The object of all science, whether natural science or psychology, is
to co-ordinate our experiences and to bring them into a logical system. How are our customary ideas of space and time related to the character of our experiences?
The experiences of an individual appear to us arranged in a series of events; in this series the single events which we remember appear to be ordered according to the criterion of earlier"
and later," which cannot be analysed further. There exists, therefore, for the individual, an I-time, or subjective time. This in itself is not measurable. I can, indeed, associate numbers with the events, in such a way that a greater number is associated
with the later event than with an earlier one; but the nature of this association may be quite rbitrary. This association I can define by means of a clock by comparing the order of events furnished by the clock with the order of the given series of events. We understand by a clock something which provides a series of events which can be counted, and which has other properties of which we shall speak later.
THE MEANING OF RELATIVITY
By the aid of speech different individuals can, to a certain extent, compare their experiences. In this way it is shown that certain sense perceptions of different individuals correspond to each other, while for other sense perceptions no such correspondence
can be established. We are accustomed to regard as real those sense perceptions which are common to different individuals, and which therefore are, in a measure, impersonal. The natural sciences, and in particular, the most fundamental of them, physics, deal with such sense perceptions. The conception of
physical bodies, in particular of rigid bodies, is a relatively constant complex of such sense perceptions. A clock is also a body, or a system, in the same sense, with the additional property that
the series of events which it counts is formed of elements all of which can be regarded as equal.
The only justifcation for our concepts and system of concepts is that they serve to represent the complex of our experiences; beyond this they have no legitimacy. I am convinced that the philosophers have had a harmful effect upon the progress
of scientifc thinking in removing certain fundamental concepts from the domain of empiricism, where they are under our control,
to the intangible heights of the a priori. For even if it should appear that the universe of ideas cannot be deduced from experience by logical means, but is, in a sense, a creation of the human mind, without which no science is possible, nevertheless
this universe of ideas is just as little independent of the nature of our experiences as clothes are of the form of the human body. This is particularly true of our concepts of time and space, which physicists have been obliged by the facts to bring down from the Olympus of the a priori in order to adjust them and put them in a serviceable condition.

Ainsi vais-je commencer avec une courte incursion dans les origines de nos idées sur l'espace et le temps, conscient que ce faisant j'introduis un sujet de controverse. La conception des corps physiques, en particulier des corps rigides, est un complexe relativement constant de telles perceptions sensuelles. Une montre est aussi un corps, ou un système, dans le même sens, avec une propriété additionnelle, telle que la série des événements qu'elle compte est formée des éléments qui peuvent tous être regardés comme égaux. La seule justification pour nos concepts et pour nos systèmes de concepts est qu'ils servent à représenter le complexe de nos expériences; au-delà de cela ils n'ont aucune légitimité. Je suis convaincu que les philosophes ont produit un effet dommageable sur le progrès du raisonnement scientifique en déplaçant certains concepts fondamentaux du domain de l'empirisme, où ils étaientt sous notre contrôle, à des hauteurs intangibles de l'a priori. Même s'il doit apparaître que l'univers des idées ne peut pas être déduit de l'expérience par des moyens logiques, mais qu'il est, dans un sens, une création de l'esprit humain, sans lequel aucune science n'est possible, il ne reste pas moins, que cet univers des idées est aussi peu indépendant de la nature de nos expériences que le sont les vêtements par rapport au corps humain. C'est vrai particulièrement pour nos concepts du temps et de l'espace que les physiciens ont été obligés par les faits de descendre de l'Olympe de l'apriori afin de les ajuster et de les mettre dans des conditions opérationnelles.

Source text - German Die USA wollen sich auf diplomatischem Wege über ein Flugmanöver der russischen Luftwaffe beschweren. Dies kündigte Pentagon-Sprecher Mark Wright gegenüber dem US-Sender CNN an. Am Dienstag war ein US-Aufklärungsflugzeug über der Ostsee nördlich von Polen von einem russischen Kampfflugzeug abgefangen worden. Nach Darstellung des Nato-Mitglieds USA befand sich das Flugzeug in internationalem Luftraum.
Laut dem russischen Generalmajor Igor Konaschenkow habe das Flugzeug seinen Transponder abgestellt und auf russischen Luftraum zugehalten. Um das Ziel zu identifizieren, sei ein Kampfflugzeug vom Typ Suchoi Su-27 aufgestiegen. Die Su-27 habe das Aufklärungsflugzeug vom Typ Boeing RC-135U mehrfach umflogen und die am Heck vermerkte Flugnummer an die Bodenstation gefunkt. Konaschenkow sagte, US-Aufklärungsflugzeuge sollten ausschließlich entlang der US-Grenzen fliegen.
Wright sagte, die Besatzung des US-Flugzeugs habe das Manöver des russischen Piloten als aggressiv, unsicher und unprofessionell gewertet. Die Su-27 sei in unmittelbarer Nähe und mit hoher Geschwindigkeit geflogen. vu le traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne,
vu la directive 2011/65/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 8 juin 2011 relative à la limitation de l'utilisation de certaines substances dangereuses dans les équipements électriques et électroniques (1), et notamment son article 5, paragraphe 1, point a),
considérant ce qui suit:
(1) La directive 2011/65/UE interdit l'utilisation du mercure dans les équipements électriques et électroniques mis sur le marché.
(2)Le mercure est utilisé dans des collecteurs électriques tournants dans les dispositifs médicaux d'imagerie intravasculaire ultrasonore. Le remplacement du mercure ou du composant en question raccourcirait la durée de vie du dispositif ou réduirait considérablement ses performances.
(3) Tant la substitution du mercure dans le collecteur que l'élimination du mercure par le remplacement du collecteur ou du dispositif sont techniquement impossibles ou auraient des conséquences globales négatives en raison d'une incidence sur la santé des patients.
(4)L'utilisation de mercure dans les collecteurs électriques tournants utilisés dans les systèmes d'imagerie intravasculaire ultrasonore supportant une haute fréquence de fonctionnement (> 50 MHz) devrait donc faire l'objet d'une exemption jusqu'au 30 juin 2019. Eu égard aux cycles d'innovation des dispositifs médicaux, il s'agit d'une courte période de transition, qui n'est pas susceptible d'avoir des effets négatifs sur l'innovation.
(5) Il convient dès lors de modifier la directive 2011/65/UE en conséquence, A ADOPTÉ LA PRÉSENTE DIRECTIVE.

(4) Использование меркурия во вращающихся электрических коллекторах, применяемых в cиcтемах ультразвукового внутрисосудистого наблюдения, выдерживающих высокую частоту работы (>50 MHz), должно быть разрешено до 30 июня 2019 года. Принимая во внимание циклы обновления медицинского оборудования, речь идет о коротком переходном периоде, неспособном иметь негативные эффекты на инновацию.
(5) Исходя из этого, cледует изменить директиву 2011/65/UE,
