徒手定位注射技术中的“反向牵拉法“
对于表浅大块的肌肉可采用徒手定位注射技术，目前常采用“反向牵拉指压法”，其定位步骤如下：(1)患儿取适当的体位以利于暴露注射部位并方便助手对靶肌进行反向牵拉；(2)助手沿靶肌长轴反向牵拉靶肌并诱发痉挛或肌张力增高，同时注射操作者触摸按压痉挛肌肌腹；(3)按每1～3cm21个点的原则在痉挛最明显的肌腹部用记号笔定位。
