German term

CoC-D Prozesse/CoC-D Organisation

The two terms used throughout the text are CoC-D Organisation and CoC-D Prozesse. What bothers me here is whether they are talking about restructuring the organisation and the processes involved so as to comply with the Code of Conduct on Data protection OR is it about creating a CoC-D for Processes and CoC-D for organisational structure.

---This more or less refers to processes involved in creating the CoC-D. I feel thats what it is in this text. However, contrary to this in an earlier text from this insurance company the author was focussing on CoC for certain processes, but used the same wording.

Can someone please clarify this doubt? Thanks a lot in advance

I think you're worrying too much about nuances of meaning. They're not your problem, and a literal translation works fine.

Thanks for your quick contribution Michael. Could you then please tell me what the author would mean by "Die CoC-D Prozesse WERDEN in die (Name of an insurance company) Prozesslandkarte und das Prozessmodell integriert." You said the term means COC-D for processes, but in this sentence it appears to be processes for CoC-D, so to say... (The processes for the code of conduct are integrated...... etc)!! Thats where the confusion arose really!
Sorry for bothering you again.

CoC-D for processes and internal CoC-D

From a supervision angle I would say that the issue is that the Code of Conduct for Data Protection is separated into two parts - one to cover the processes that the insurance company uses and the other to cover the internal Code of Conduct regarding data protection within the company itself.
