Fremdkapitaltitel

German to English Bus/Financial SAP Kontierung
FK-Titel; this term seems to be translated as "debt instruments" sometimes, but I am unsure if this is correct.

outside capital The SAP dictionary I downloaded says "Frembkapital" is "outside capital." As for title, not sure what the terms together are referring to.

Beides wird verwendet. Aber "debt securities" ist sehr viel gebräuchlicher als "debt capital securities" (was die Trefferzahl bei Google angeht), allerdings vielleicht wegen einer anderen Bedeutung, die "debt securities" auch noch hat (nämlich im rechtlichen Sinne als "Darlehenssicherheiten").
Vielleicht zur Abgrenzung von diesen "debt securities" (i.S.v. "Darlehenssicherheiten") ist (oft in der Zusammensetzung "equity and debt capital securities" für "Eigen- und Fremdkapitaltitel") von "debt capital securities" die Rede.

Aber "debt security" und "debt instrument" sind m.E. Synonyme, vgl.:

Any debt instrument that can be bought or sold between two parties and has basic terms defined, such as notional amount (amount borrowed), interest rate and maturity/renewal date.
