Zdá se, že nejčastěji se v textech vyskytují fyzické údaje (52%), na druhém místě fyzické parametry (37%), na třetím fyzická data (11%). Mně se asi nejvíc líbí ty fyzické parametry.

Výběr termínu samozřejmě záleží na zdrojovém dokumentu.

Rozměry a hmotnost je určitě také možné, pokud zdroj neuvádí i nějaké další údaje, např. barvu mixéru, použité materiály, typ napájecí šňůry apod., četnost výskytu v přehledu výše leží mezi fyzickými údaji a fyzickými parametry (započtena i varianta hmotnost a rozměry).

Ad technické údaje: Pokud by to byl jediný nadpis, proč ne, jinak ale chápu fyzické údaje spíš jako jeden z oddílů (podnadpisů) technických údajů/dat/parametrů,
