referto medico
Si tratta del referto effettuato su un paziente in seguito ad un incidente. Ho difficoltà a tradurre questa espressione, specialmente per via del termine 'miocontratturale'.

Hello Domenico
It's interesting.
Literally "stato miocontratturale" is the equivalent of "muscle contraction status", though I'm not quite sure whether the term "status" adds anything to the phrase. The doctor may be stating that the accident caused no spasms or involuntary muscle twitching, for example (see the link). Any idea which muscles are involved?

you can keep it generic if you're not sure whether it refers to the neck area...
Discussion
Può anche darsi che non si riferisca all'assenza di movimenti spastici ma all'assenza di torcicollo o simile
