This is from a document about depositing money at cash machines and describes a change in procedure. It's really technical and I'm having problems with the translation of 'communication structurée'. Any help is much appreciated.

Sorry, I didn't do my research well enough. Thanks for the links, I should be fine now.

Have you tried looking it up??? Here's an old Kudoz http://www.proz.com/kudoz/french_to_english/accounting/30544... and if your doc is Belgian, there are numerous explanations on the www. For example: http://www.sepabelgium.be/fr/la-communication-structurée or http://www.easy-concept.com/blog/?2010/03/11/992-generer-une... and many others
The Kudoz 'guideline' recommends that you explain what you've found and what the problem is http://www.proz.com/siterules/kudoz_asking/2.1#2.1
