French to English Bus/Financial Marketing business meeting

I'm having trouble finding the English equivalent of 'RDV de qualification'. The term figures in a list of suggestions to help improve a salesman's turnover (he works in an IT company) ;

- Lister les projets possibles sur le secteur. Réaliser le mois prochain un RDV de qualification chez 3 prospects de cette liste avec son directeur.

All I can come up with is "preliminary appointment". Has anyone got a better idea?
