By orders obtained from customers through the Contractor shall mean: (a) realized by the Orderer or a related entity of the contract in respect of which the customer in a folding their contract confirms the fact of obtaining information about the Orderer offer through the Contractor or (b) - in the absence of such confirmation - if the Contractor himself confirms this fact by presenting Orderer relevant evidence customer acquisition, by which is meant, in particular, confirmation of sent to the customer consignment containing Orderer offer by registered mail, by electronic mail or fax, or confirmation by the customer receiving such an offer from the Contractor personally.

这里的 in a folding their contract如何理解，是不是有语法错误，应该是folding their contract,但是fold 如何理解？in respect of which质量的which是指前面的contract吗？
