exercise instructions
From exercise DVD instructions. I know what is meant, I am looking right at it... but cannot find the right term.
The person lies down on her back, then pulls the knees towards her so that the feet are flat on the ground. However, we don't have that much wiggle room for explanations, must find a shorter term.
Who can shed some light? Thanks much.
"In die Rückenlage kommen.
Die Füße *aufstellen*."

to plant
Lay (sic) on the floor or a comfortable mat. Plant your feet firmly on the ground and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle.

I like this wikihow page more than Michael’s (“We become happy out of ourselves”; “The first ten minutes we make the dynamic exercises”; “Knock with your butt on the earth”)
