tilskrivning It seems the term is used in tax legislation regarding deliberate increase
(as a opposed to appreciation which can occur because of market conditions etc) I still like increasing/raising in this context

increasing the value This was my first impression too. Maybe raising would be a better word than increasing?

revaluation

It looks like you are referring to "revaluation" of shares. (though hard to tell from the limited context).

Revaluation would imply an upward valuation (ie not write-down).
