I am having trouble with that last sentence. This is an excerpt from a letter. The company in question is re-organising their database and wants the readers of its newsletter to send back a form indicating that they would still like to be included on the mailing list for the newsletter in future. As incentive to complete the form, there is also the opportunity to take part in a prize draw.
My question is, what is meant by 'Originaladressaten'? The 'original' bit is confusing me. Does this mean the original recipients of the newsletter (before the database is re-organised), or am I over-analysing this?
Thanks in advance for your input!

I think a fairly literal translation is best in this case - the original recipients is what is meant.

: Agree, but maybe it would be clearer to make it singular, e.g. " Only the original addressee(recipient) of this form/letter can enter the competition."
