Japanese term

Windowsサーバ7台

Japanese to English Tech/Engineering Computers: Systems, Networks Server
I may be over thinking this, but I do not specialize in IT so I want to confirm with another professional.

The above could mean either,

1) The Windows 7 server
2) The Windows server on seven machines.

The full sentence is: Windowsサーバ7台の停止作業を行う

Please let me hear your thoughts on this one. Thank you for the help!

Seven Windows Servers

Seven Windows Servers.
There is no such thing as Windows Server 7. Even if there was, and we called it something else to make it less ambiguous, such as just "Windows Server," "Windows Server dai" doesn't make any sense.
Peer comment(s):

agree Katalin Horváth McClure : Yes, seven computers/machines running Windows Server. 台 is the counter for machines, including computers.

agree etsukol : I agree. This is the same thing when I come across, 7 台の車. I try to translate literally and lose sight of it but it is simply 7 cars.

The MLP is quite useful for MS terms. A quick search of "台の" or "台" should yield something useful.
