The Thermal-Springs Act of 19 10 was intended in the main to close the government's title to Pukeroa-Oruawhata. The Tliermal-Springs Districts Acts of 188 1 and 1883 were repealed. The 19 10 legislation required Maori Land Boards to make enquiries as to whether land contained any hot springs, geysers etc before confirming any decision of Maori owners to sell their land. The 19 10 Act also tidied up the matter of recalcitrant owners of Pukeroa-Oruawhata who had declined to sell their shares to the Crown.
The Crown could have applied to the Native Land Court for the block to be partitioned between Crown and non-seller's shares, which would have involved costly surveys and tedious hearings before the Native Land Court. Instead the non-seller's shares were simply cancelled by statute and a procedure set up for the payment of compensation Pukeroa-Oruawhata became Crown land. Subsequently it was subdivided and much of it was sold off to private third parties; parks, reserves and hospital grounds remained in Crown ownership.

: U vašem objašnjenju je dat primer za saksonski genitiv, dakle "akcije onih koji ne žele da ih prodaju", a traženi termin se tiče određene vrste akcija, i on nema nikakve veze sa vlasnicima

Bez obzira na saksonski genitiv mislim da niste u pravu, pročitajte pažljivije rečenicu koja je navedena u kontekstu kao i tekst koji sam navela; pored toga ponuđena je i opcija "deonice koje nisu na prodaju"; za razliku od vas dala sam objašnjenje.

: "deonice/akcije koje nisu na prodaju" bi bilo "not-for-sale shares"; ovde se radi o deonicama u vlasništvu "onih deoničara koji nisu prodavci". Iz kojih razloga oni svoje deonice ne prodaju (ne žele, niko ih nije ni pitao..) je izvan značenja ovog izraza.

: "Neaktivne akcije" = "inactive shares": http://www.stocksbuynow.com/stock-trading ...refrain from buying inactive shares. Active shares have daily transactions while inactive shares see transactions very rarely.

Kada vecinski vlasnik odluci da pokrene prodaju deonicarskog drustva, manjinski vlasnici su "Non-Sellers" i njihove deonice su "Non-Seller(s) Shares".
-- Ako manjinski vlasnici imaju "pravo da se prikljuce" prodavcu/vecinskom vlasniku, tada su "Non-Seller(s) Shares" istovremeno i "Tag Shares" ili "Tag Along Shares"

Ovde se radi o deonicama manjinskih vlasnika kapitala datog deonicarskog drustva.
Manjinski vlasnik je "non-seller" - on nije pokrenuo prodaju svojih deonica ("non-seller shares"), vec je vecinski vlasnik taj koji je odlucio da proda svoje deonice - on je "seller".
U ovom slucaju manjinski vlasnik ima pravo da se prikljuci prodaji, ima "tag-along right" stoga su njegove deonice "tag shares".
U ovom slucaju "tag shares" su istovremeno i "non-sellers shares", ista stvar posmatrana iz dva razlicita ugla.
"non-sellers shares"=>"deonice koje ne pripadaju prodavcu" bi bio tacan prevod, ali blago poduzi.
Po smislu bi _u ovom slucaju_ to bile "manjinske deonice", sto bi bio kraci opisni prevod, ali vrlo ogranicene vrednosti - upotrebljiv samo u ovom kontekstu.
