It proves that if real security is connected to a stable order. This stability postulates not only a balance among the military and economic strengths involved, but also a balance of the interests of the actors participating in the system. The feeling of any one of them of bearing an heavy sacrifices for his people or his economy or whatsoever, will push him to struggle for changing the existing conditions, breaking their stability and then the general security.
Actually we have an example of the importance represented by the sense of insecurity and by the risk that to ignore it could lead to reactions and arrangements by the actor feeling in danger, even more destabilizing than the renouncement by the counterpart to the deeds inspiring that insecurity.
