A free-translation (but better, in my opinion) version would be:
Practical techniques (methods) in organic and inorganic chemistry

An example where "practical techniques" is used:

Another example where "practical methods" is used. I prefer "methods" to "techniques" in this context.

I misspelled "chemistry" in my answer.. sorry. As a chemist, I should not make this kind of typo!!

: Agree, with the amendment of "practical methods" to "practicals" as it stands for "travaux pratiques".

Thank yuu, Nikki, very much... also for your suggestion. Yes, it should be "practicals" as you suggested.. It refers to "travaux"... not the methods.

Inorganic and Organic Chemistry (Sciences) - Practical
The "Tech" would not be necessary in English. This could possibly be referred to as "chemistry sciences", but not of necessity.
T.P. does refer to "practical techniques" in my experience, but again, in English we do not often use the term "techniques" in such descriptions. We commonly say "practical" or "practical work" to cover this.
At the end of the day you could justly say
"Practical inorganic and organic chemistry"

Example sentence:
"The INORGANIC AND ORGANIC CHEMISTRY SCIENCES are two of the key sections in the Sciences Social Network Sciencia.org."
"...nd there is a whole area of study known as organometallic chemistry that is truly a hybrid of the traditional disciplines of ORGANIC AND INORGANIC CHEMISTRY."

: "Tech." stands for "techniques" thus "techniques in", or "methods". It cannot be left out. No need to state (sciences) in my opinion.

In my experience 'tech' is used much more often in the French at times when the English doesn't. 'Practical' is also used without the use of 'techniques' which is implied. English usage of a term is just as important as literal translation.

not sure about dropping the Tech. which could stand for Technologie as graduates of this programme are "technologues" (see Linked IN below) , TP =Travaux pratiques or PW (Practical work). Is this from Laval University? You can see some of the course here:
