Marketing text for a cosmetic surgery clinic
la clinique XXXX est un havre de paix qui allie technologie de haut vol, excellence de l'équipe médicale et prestations d'accompagnement dignes des palaces les plus luxueux sur la planète.
I first thought of 'welfare', but want to get away from that word for 'accompagnement', because of its 'welfare system' connotations.
The only other word I can think of is 'assistance', but it feels a little lame in the marketing context.
I've deliberately put this into the marketing category. If I feel that I'm getting nowhere with this, I'll try putting it into 'medical'

Support service
This seems like the correct term for this context. "support services" is now a commonly used term, especially in the area of health, both public and private sector.

Comment: "Thank you Lara! It was too obvious, I guess! ;-) Sheila's answer was good too, but I thought this more appropriate."

follow-up services?
I'm just assuming that they will have follow-up check-ups, etc. But only a guess. Good luck, I understand wanting to get away from that connotation!

care facilities
It's what springs to my mind, covering anything that isn't covered by the other categories, from the silver-plated knife you cut your prime steak with to the 200-station stellite TV service, etc.

personal assistance/services
I'm going down the road of "room services and facilities" (and other little luxuries that are likely to be lavished on someone in a palatial private clinic ...)
1 hr
complementary services
Anything that makes the clinic more like a hotel, I guess.

complimentary services
I would use "complimentary services" if they are a commercial incentive for the clinic.( which seems to be the case in the last part of the sentence... but it's just a guess!

: We've already had this, and it was spelt right.//Mike's version is correct. Yours means "free".
