Russian term

"товAрньIй ярльIк" and "Комиссионньiй магазин"

I'm trying to read the attribution on the back of a little landscape painting. Can anyone translate either of these phrases?

Agree with Mikhail about the "product label". That's what it is, period.
To Nikita -
IMHO, "commission shop" is not a commonly used term. "Consignment store", on other hand, is a widely accepted term in the US.

Комиссионньiй магазин - consignment store, consignment shop. In kомиссионньiй магазин things are sold "on consignment", not because they are pawned.

товaрньiй ярльiк = product element (that contains the name, manufacturer, quantity, and price of the product)

commission shop = commission shop
