English term or phrase: redundancies

"Efforts put into this planning process are not only important in case of potential interruption. It can also strengthen the entire organization by helping you identify redundancies and find efficiencies. As well, it can enhance your image by demonstrating a proactive attitude."

Reference: Redondances et chevauchements

Reference information:

"Uncoordinated efforts increase the likelihood of wasteful duplication of efforts (...) Our resilience – our ability to respond and recover from a disruption – depends on the readiness of people and institutions, as well as redundancies..."

"... has a large public sector marked by a proliferation of agencies (...) functional duplications and overlaps among agencies and within and between departments."
