...and 'property administration' for "Objektverwaltung" is what I'd suggest. Come to think of it, 'management' includes 'administration', but then it's probably so in German as well: 'Steuerung' includes 'Verwaltung', methinks.

Although "property management" is not a bad fit, there are two reasons why I wouldn't choose it in this instance:
1. to distinguish between this phrase and "Objektverwaltung" (property management) which is in the more nuts-and-bolts, letting/rent collecting/housekeeping sense
2. to give the meaning of higher-level decision making on the positioning and overall strategy for the property.
